Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a high-quality legal research and drafting platform. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer refunds and cancellations under the conditions described below. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services offered through JurixAI.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Cooling-Off Period: Subscription cancellations within 7 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Outages: If our platform experiences an outage exceeding 48 hours without resolution, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors: If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription or there is a billing error, we will refund the erroneous charge in full.
  • Non-Receipt of Paid Services: If you have paid for a service but did not receive access due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage beyond the 7-day cooling-off period, unless covered under the eligibility criteria above.
  • Partial usage of subscription benefits during an active billing cycle.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription and request a refund:

  • Navigate to your Account Settings and select Subscription Management to cancel your active subscription.
  • Alternatively, contact our support team at jurixoneai@gmail.com with your account details and reason for cancellation.
  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.

5. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to appear in your account after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Pro-Rata Refunds for Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, if you cancel after the 7-day cooling-off period but our service has experienced a prolonged outage (exceeding 48 hours), we will issue a pro-rata refund based on the remaining months of your subscription. The refund amount will be calculated as:

Refund = (Annual Fee / 12) × Remaining Months

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. The exclusive jurisdiction for resolving such disputes shall be the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
